Located at the heart of Saadiyat Cultural District, the Marina Promenade Project proposes to transform a portion of Saadiyat Island into a vibrant mixed-use community space.

This unique intervention capitalizes on the site’s prime location next to the Louvre Abu Dhabi.

The project’s vision is to activate the TDIC Offices and surrounding area, engage the community through its cultural programs, and become a new attraction for Abu Dhabi’s community and visitors of Saadiyat Island.
